Independent Women, a firm dedicated to providing independent financial advice exclusively to women, has become the latest acquisition for Succession Group.
Announcing the deal today - International Women's Day - the companies said it made "independent financial advice for women a national proposition for the very first time", with Independent Women's services becoming available from Succession's entire regional client servicing hubs. Independent Women was founded in 1997 by Lesley Mackintosh (pictured), who will remain the firm's managing director after the acquisition.
