CII launches new starter life and pensions exam

Level 3 certificate develops knowledge and understanding

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has launched a life and pensions-focused qualification aimed at people in the first stages of their financial services careers.

It said the course, developed in consultation with an employer steering group, would suit people working in customer operations and contact centres. The level 3 Certificate in Financial Services, Life and Pensions route offers practical support to firms committing to the CII's industry-led framework of professional standards, it said.
