Henderson's multi-asset head Bill McQuaker exits for Fidelity

Fidelity International has hired Henderson Global Investors' Bill McQuaker for its multi-asset Fidelity Solutions team.

At Henderson, McQuaker (pictured) worked as co-head of multi-asset where he managed the firm's flagship strategies. Due to start at Fidelity later this year as a portfolio manager, he will join a 26-strong multi-asset team, which manages nearly £30bn in assets under management. Fidelity Solutions head of portfolio management James Bateman said: "Our multi-asset solutions team and franchise continues to go from strength to strength. The arrival of someone of Bill's calibre is testament to this and a clear signal of our ambitions to continue to develop our multi-asset capabilities. "...
