Almary Green managing director Lamb named Financial Adviser of the Year

Chartered Financial Planner Carl Lamb is celebrating after being named Financial Adviser of the Year at the Growth Investor Awards 2015 in London on 22 October, on a big night also for Octopus Investments.

The founder and managing director of Almary Green "demonstrated a high commitment to awareness, education and promotion of alternative investments - from appearing on local television to writing articles in the regional press", judges said. Octopus Investments was the night's stand-out winner, being named both Best VCT Investment Manager and Growth Investor of the Year. Judges said "Octopus is optimising its size and scale to not only develop their portfolio businesses but drive innovation that is enabling the evolution of the wider industry".
