PFS brings in MDRT speaker to teach 'soft skills' to members

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) is set to hold a series of adviser workshops featuring business coach and Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) speaker Bernie De Souza, to help financial advisers win back public confidence.

The professional body said it wanted to teach its members the soft skills required to build a better relationship with clients and in turn give the public more confidence in them. De Souza, who will run the events, is a main platform speaker at the forthcoming MDRT in Hong Kong, an annual event which attracts more than 5,000 people. The PFS has initially organised 30 workshops to be held in the first quarter of next year.
