Bower buys specialist equity release IFA firm

Bower Retirement Services, an advice operation specialising in equity release, has bought IFA firm Sixty Plus.

Sixty Plus operates exclusively in the equity release market. Bower said the Sixty Plus team of advisers, including managing director David Wright (pictured), will join the firm. Wright has more than 20 years' experience in financial services. Bower Retirement Services chief executive Geoff Charles said: "The addition of Sixty Plus and David Wright to the Bower team will help to fortify us further, allowing us to reach out and help more customers than ever before.
