Consolidator Attivo Group acquires 200-client IFA

Adviser firm consolidator Attivo Group has acquired Reading-based IFA Sanderson Financial Consulting for an undisclosed sum - the first of what it hopes will be 12 purchases in 2015.

Sanderson has 190 active clients, £16m funds under management and a recurring income of more than £130k per year, Attivo Group said in a statement. It markets itself as a specialist in building and running investment portfolios for those with more than £100,000 in investable assets. Attivo Group comprises five propositions including independent Chartered firm Attivo Financial Planning and discretionary investment manager Attivo Investment Management.
