A former Positive Solutions adviser has been ordered to repay £55,000 to the clients she stole from.
Angela Lauder, released from prison after a 16-month sentence, must return the money under Proceeds of Crime legislation. Lauder joined Positive Solutions in 2004 and traded as Angelus Financial Planning. Lauder had been pursued for £158,666 she stole from a couple in order to try to save her company. But, following negotiations, it was agreed the 44-year-old will return a reduced sum of £55,000 within the next six months, according to The Southern Reporter.
