Tesco starts lending 90% LTV

Tesco Bank has launched its first range of 90% loan to value (LTV) mortgage loans.

The supermarket giant said the products are among the most competitive available with two, three and five-year fixed rates. They also reward the loyalty of customers with Clubcard points. The two-year fix starts from 3.49%, or 3.79% fee-free, with a three-year offered at 3.99% or 4.29% fee-free. Tesco mortgage customers also get one Clubcard point for every £4 on monthly repayments.
