Ashcourt Rowan COO Sinclair exits in board restructure

Ashcourt Rowan has announced chief operating officer Richard Sinclair is to leave the group at the end of the month.

Sinclair, who leaves to assume a senior role at another company in an unrelated industry, will not be replaced, the wealth manager said. Elsewhere, Steve Haines, non-executive director, will also step down from the board with immediate effect to assume an executive role as head of the group's governance and risk functions. Hugh Ward, board chairman, has been appointed as the new chairman of the Audit Committee, a position previously held by Haines, on an interim basis while a successor is found.
