Ahead of what could prove a busy quarter of regulatory activity, including of course Philip Hammond's first Autumn Statement, Aileen Lynch highlights some of the key regulatory issues of recent weeks

Almost unbelievably, we are now less than a week away from the final quarter of 2016 and no doubt changes to regulation and policy will continue to come at quite a rate between now and December. Not only are we still awaiting the full repercussions of both the Financial Advice Market Review and the European Union referendum, but we also have the first Autumn Statement from the new Chancellor heading our way in November. Given the prospect of all this upcoming activity, I thought I would take this opportunity simply to outline some of the biggest regulatory items from the past few week...
