It is hardly an industry secret that finding experienced, qualified and available paraplanners is almost impossible. There are still so few around and escalating salaries can make them unaffordable for smaller firms. One option is to outsource. But if you can't, or don't want to outsource, another option is to ‘grow your own'. At Para-Sols, we have recently completed our second graduate intake. We started this last year, as way of trying to find brilliant candidates to train up, rather than trying to recruit existing paraplanners. (Clearly outsourcing isn't an option for us, and so...
