The Keydata scandal returned to the headlines last week when the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued decision notices against three of the key players at the heart of the failed investment operation. Perhaps unsurprisingly all three senior Keydata managers, Stewart Ford, Mark Owen and Peter Johnson, chose to refer the notices to the Upper Tribunal. The stakes are high for both sides, with Ford facing the largest fine ever imposed on an individual.
