As we settle in to 2015, I wonder if we'll begin to finally drop the phrase ‘post-Retail Distribution Review (RDR) world'. We had 2013 as an opportunity for adjustment and 2014 for any necessary fine tuning, so hopefully we're all striding confidently into 2015, fully au fait with the changes wrought by the RDR.
