The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has put the spotlight on firms' use of social media with the release of its guidance paper into using the medium appropriately. The consultation on the paper closes this month and so it seems that now is definitely the right time to review your social media strategy. One of the social media tools that can be used by advisers is Linkedin, which according to a recent survey by Intelliflo, is the most used application when compared to Facebook and Twitter.
