Update: Zurich announces launch of Horizon Investment Solutions

Insurer Zurich is launching Zurich Horizon Investment Solutions, a new investment proposition comprising a range of risk profiled funds managed by Threadneedle Investments.

Last week, IFAonline's sister title Investment Week revealed the insurer plans to expand its UK business into fund management and has held talks with a number of groups to flesh out the deal. The new business will see the launch of five multi-asset risk profiled funds managed by Threadneedle Investments. The asset allocation to which the individual funds are aligned will be provided by eValue. Zurich already has a relationship with Threadneedle Investments, which it previously owned.
