Alternative investment platform Capital relaunches

Capital Platform, the alternative investment platform, has re-launched and is now offering bespoke professional indemnity cover for new or existing advisory firms it does business with.

It said one of the major obstacles advisory firms have in looking at the alternative and unregualted collective investment scheme markets is their existing professional indemnity policies won't cover the sectors. Capital Platform director and ex-underwriter Darren Beddard said: "Capital Platform has been designed as a trusted source to give intermediaries and advisors everything they need to best serve clients in their alternative investment strategies.
