TCF 'pioneer' Len Warwick dies

Len Warwick, who has been described by colleagues as a "pioneer" of professionalism and treating customers fairly (TCF) in financial services, has died aged 68.

Warwick (pictured), born in Woking, Surrey of Geordie and Irish roots, spent more than 50 years in financial services, holding a series of high profile positions and winning a string of accolades. By 28 he had become national sales manager of Endsleigh Insurance. From there he went on to found independent firm Warwick Butchart Associates, which he set up in 1981, acting as chairman ever since.
