Moret takes over as Intelligent Pensions non-exec chairman

John Moret has taken over as Intelligent Pensions' non-executive chairman following the retirement of Maurice Paterson.

Paterson, former deputy managing director of Scottish Amicable and the Life Assurance and Unit Trust Regulatory Organisation director has been non-executive chairman of the retirement income specialist since its launch in 1998. Intelligent Pensions managing director Steve Patterson said: "We wish Maurice a long and healthy retirement and now look forward to a new and exciting chapter at Intelligent Pensions with John Moret supporting the business as non-executive chairman."
