Watchdogs have banned a TV advert for NatWest which boasts it opens on Saturdays.
They said it was misleading to make the claim when in fact less than half of the branches did so, the Daily Mail reports. NatWest, which has more than 1,500 branches in the UK, claimed it was opening on Saturdays as part of its commitment to providing a good service to its 7.5 million customers.
