MPs are challenging the Government's decision to ignore the Parliamentary Ombudsman's recommendations on how to compensate victims of the Equitable Life scandal
A total of 29 MPs signed an early day motion saying they were dissatisfied with Sir John Chadwick's review. Conservative member Bob Spink put forward the motion in February, after the Government announced only some affected policyholders would be eligible for compensation.
