Exweb - Adviser Office integration hits first milestone

The 11,000 users of back office software Adviser Office and 23,500 users of trading platform Exweb are today being told that the two have now reached a go-live state of the integration outlined earlier this year.

The idea behind the integration – both businesses are now part of Vertex Financial Services, part of United Utilities' subsidiary Vertex - is to create a straight through processing capability for advisers, linking front and back-end functions in a more automated and “seamless” way. Achieving the first major target in the integration process essentially means a new level of automation has been introduced for respective users of Advisers Office and Exweb who are also licensees of both.
