Close Fund Management is relaunching its inheritance tax (IHT) mitigation service, the Close Inheritance Tax Service (CITS), ahead of a drive to sell it to the intermediary market. CITS, previously run on an informal basis, will be offered to the intermediary marketplace with an enhanced commission package of 4% initial, up from 3%, and 0.25% renewal. The service is aimed at high net worth individuals with a minimum investment of £50,000.
