CII appoints corporate development boss

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has appointed Graeme Sutton as director of corporate development.

Holder of the CII's Advanced Diploma, Sutton is an ACII and joins from M4 Underwriting Limited. His previous posts have been in general insurance, having held senior roles at Fusion, Zurich and Independent Insurance. Sutton commented: "The Aldermanbury Declaration and Chartered status are very topical at the moment; they play a crucial role in the increased desire within our sector for standards of professionalism that can be clearly recognised by peers and public alike. "I am looking forward to making a significant contribution to the CII's extensive work in further raising standards...
